Well, it’s finally here and out into the world! My book, The Promise Wheel: Psychology for Growth and a Balanced Life is now available on Amazon!!!
As most of you will know, this book has been a long time coming. I started working on this project back in 2012 – ten years ago!! I would write for a few days in a row, and then stop for a few weeks. Write again for a few days, then stop for a few months. Weeks turned into months, and months turned into years. Most of it with little progress.
But in late 2019, just before the pandemic, I made a commitment to finally work on it everyday. And I did, for at least 15-minutes a day.
This project is a perfect example of how small changes can lead to massive gains, and it’s just one strategy (among dozens) that I share in this book.
