As a Registered Psychologist based in Ontario, both myself and the associates I supervise combine clinical expertise with a warm, relatable style to provide high-quality psychological services for individuals, couples, and families.

My Therapeutic Approach
I use an interpersonal framework to understand each client’s concerns — identifying the patterns in how they relate to others and to themselves. Once a client begins to develop genuine insight into those patterns, sustainable change follows. Above all, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable working relationship where nothing is off the table.
